Catalyst Retreat 2025 - FAQ

The Catalyst Retreat is two-part immersive systems thinking & co-creating program for young grassroots organizers, founders, entrepreneurs, and practitioners beginning with the six month virtual fellowship: Catalyst Lab from October 2025 to April 2026. Including a convening at The Catalyst Retreat: November 15–22, 2025, on the Nature Island of Dominica. Designed to equip young persons (16-35) with the tools to tackle root causes in the intersection of food sovereignty, climate resilience, and digital equity. Catalyst blends hands-on systems training with cultural exchange, wellness, and outdoor learning. No boardrooms, all real-world impact.
It’s about building on what already exists. Removing barriers to scale. Equipping young people to lead within complex systems. We gather not to start over, but to move forward together with intention.
